I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Law Offices of Defender. After paying $631.47 for product, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Nora I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with David Thompson from the Technical Support at Law Offices of Defender, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
