Unsatisfactory resolution from Superior Services LLC

I have been a loyal customer of Superior Services LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4713-EFM-5549) on March 13, 1976, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 21, 2025 05:37After my initial complaint, Superior Services LLC contacted me to troubleshoot the coffee maker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
