Unsatisfactory resolution from Superior Services LLC

I purchased a item from Superior Services LLC on May 9, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elton V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
