I am writing regarding order #ORD-6280-GGG-9770 placed with Defense, Defense & Associates on February 20, 1988. I paid $992.23 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Xavier L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 14, 2025 05:38After speaking with Robert Young from the Consumer Affairs at Defense, Defense & Associates, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
