I have been a loyal customer of Defense, Defense & Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1171-ZUB-1153) on February 1, 2000, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
