I purchased a accessory from Mega Trade on June 4, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Weston R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Mega Trade has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their technical support package.
