On February 21, 2008, I signed up for Balance Physicians's support package at their East Francisborough, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $32.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raleigh R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
