I want to report a serious concern with Balance Physicians's membership that I purchased on June 8, 1976 from your New Patience, South Carolina store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Isabelle O., but my issue remains unresolved.
