Billing dispute with Dining & Provisions

I want to report a serious concern with Dining & Provisions's plan that I purchased on July 10, 1994 from your East Sallie, North Dakota store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Charles J., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 26, 2025 05:33Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $84.50 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
