I have been a loyal customer of TechCloud Turin Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-8294-LJW-3275) on December 24, 1993, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
