I want to report a serious concern with TechCloud Turin Ltd.'s application that I purchased on April 19, 1990 from your West Mckennaville, South Carolina store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lisandro B., but my issue remains unresolved.
