On July 17, 1972, I signed up for TechCloud Turin Ltd.'s upgrade service at their Gleichnerberg, Montana location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $255.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lukas K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
