I am writing regarding order #ORD-6848-JHB-1335 placed with QuantumCode Enterprises on October 23, 1986. I paid $98.44 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeramie V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 22, 2025 05:40Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $51.93 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
