I want to report a serious concern with QuantumCode Enterprises's product that I purchased on September 8, 2016 from your South Trent, Michigan store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Katelyn T., but my issue remains unresolved.
