I want to report a serious concern with Scholar Institute's platform that I purchased on April 15, 2010 from your West Tanya, Oklahoma store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Watson C., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $205.14 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
