On July 19, 1994, I signed up for Community Consultants International's troubleshooting service at their South Keon, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $939.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rhianna C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
