On May 24, 1970, I signed up for Solid Engineering & Sons's return process at their Port Gildabury, Montana location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $763.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kellen A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
