I purchased a package from Choice Development Seville Group on April 30, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mohammad J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
