I am writing regarding order #ORD-8968-ZCK-4516 placed with Choice Development Seville Group on December 13, 1979. I paid $720.50 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Camille U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 9 days since my initial complaint, and Choice Development Seville Group still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their expedited shipping.
