Law Advocates, Advocates LLC failed to honor their commitment

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Law Advocates, Advocates LLC. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the specialty food item I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
