I purchased a subscription from Realty of Luxury on December 26, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rodrigo H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 04, 2025 05:39I want to acknowledge that Realty of Luxury has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $250.22 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $250.22 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
