I want to report a serious concern with Realty of Luxury's unit that I purchased on December 23, 2021 from your Aurelioside, Pennsylvania store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Annabell M., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Realty of Luxury has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their delivery service.
