Unsatisfactory resolution from AI Technologies Inc.

On February 1, 2009, I signed up for AI Technologies Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Elmiraton, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $195.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, River L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
