I want to report a serious concern with Super Store Central's gadget that I purchased on December 30, 2017 from your Glovermouth, Pennsylvania store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eleanore N., but my issue remains unresolved.
