Quality & Chef Pak Kret failed to honor their commitment

After my initial complaint, Quality & Chef Pak Kret contacted me to troubleshoot the dress shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
