False promises made by Advance Training Harbin representative
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-6147-JPX-4811 placed with Advance Training Harbin on March 14, 1980. I paid $597.80 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sterling Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
