Advance Training Harbin provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6376-UHE-6157 placed with Advance Training Harbin on January 18, 2012. I paid $180.63 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Macey H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:26I've received an email from Patricia Walker at Advance Training Harbin offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
