Quality issues with The Advance School Group product
Complaint Details
On January 5, 1978, I signed up for The Advance School Group's repair service at their Garrettown, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $68.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Broderick D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 02, 2025 05:21The situation with The Advance School Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the upgrade plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-20C8B2AA multiple times.
