I want to report a serious concern with The Advance School Group's gadget that I purchased on February 18, 2001 from your Bradenton, Michigan store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gino L., but my issue remains unresolved.
