I want to report a serious concern with Abode of Royal's product that I purchased on June 9, 2006 from your Wunschshire, Maryland store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Michael D., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The vacuum cleaner from Abode of Royal not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
