I purchased a accessory from Consulting Consultants, Consultants Enterprises on September 21, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vicky J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
