Hidden fees discovered from Consulting Consultants, Consultants Enterprises

I've received an email from Riley Robinson at Consulting Consultants, Consultants Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal kit was clearly defective from the start.
