False promises made by Justice & Practice representative

I want to report a serious concern with Justice & Practice's tool that I purchased on October 1, 2010 from your North Creola, Arkansas store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bertram T., but my issue remains unresolved.
