I purchased a device from Consulting Consultants Bilbao on November 7, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marcelina I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
