I want to report a serious concern with Hyper Studios Hougang Corp.'s product that I purchased on August 7, 2005 from your Rosechester, Maine store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Oda Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
