I want to report a serious concern with Hyper Studios Hougang Corp.'s gadget that I purchased on April 17, 2012 from your New Eloise, Oklahoma store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Karley G., but my issue remains unresolved.
