On January 15, 2003, I signed up for Hyper Studios Hougang Corp.'s upgrade service at their South Leslie, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $383.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonor R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 06, 2025 05:58I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from Hyper Studios Hougang Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
