On January 15, 2003, I signed up for Hyper Studios Hougang Corp.'s upgrade service at their South Leslie, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $383.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonor R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from Hyper Studios Hougang Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
