Warranty claim denied by Remedy Institute Holdings

On August 28, 1993, I signed up for Remedy Institute Holdings's installation service at their Lake Barryshire, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $179.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Christina T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
