I am writing regarding order #ORD-6001-OZS-2207 placed with Urban Homes Solutions Ltd. on November 26, 1989. I paid $387.27 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Braden F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Urban Homes Solutions Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $317.34 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $317.34 for a furniture set that never worked properly.
