On January 15, 1980, I signed up for Urban Homes Solutions Ltd.'s delivery service at their Muellerhaven, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $559.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tremaine F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from Urban Homes Solutions Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
