I am writing regarding order #ORD-9513-WPM-4656 placed with Solicitor & Offices on December 21, 2019. I paid $133.16 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lempi U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 24, 2025 06:08An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Solicitor & Offices, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my subscription box. This is extremely frustrating.
