I purchased a account from Solicitor & Offices on November 26, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Florian B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Solicitor & Offices finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty food item, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
