I am writing regarding order #ORD-2728-GCG-7947 placed with TrueDepot St. John's on March 17, 2002. I paid $416.10 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reinhold O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
