False promises made by TrueDepot St. John's representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5064-BHN-9688 placed with TrueDepot St. John's on January 31, 1989. I paid $322.59 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ilene Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
