I have been a loyal customer of CloudSys Hanover for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3559-KTJ-9143) on November 27, 2000, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because CloudSys Hanover finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty food item, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
