I have been a loyal customer of CloudSys Hanover for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3559-KTJ-9143) on November 27, 2000, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
