Quality issues with TopMarket product

I have been a loyal customer of TopMarket for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4089-WLB-8587) on December 28, 1981, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
