I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Samson V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm updating my complaint because TopMarket finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
