Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of TopMarket for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-1511-DSI-6772) on March 27, 2023, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate TopMarket reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement t-shirt has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
