Overcharged by Representation Group of Fair for service

I purchased a unit from Representation Group of Fair on February 10, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vickie Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 12, 2025 05:31I'm updating my complaint because Representation Group of Fair finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty food item, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
