On June 19, 1989, I signed up for Representation Group of Fair's repair service at their Kovacekborough, Washington location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $38.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meagan L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
